Join us on February 26 from 4:30–7:30 pm for the South Downtown Subcontractor Open House! This special event meet-n-greet is designed for minority-owned trades and subcontractor companies—including masons, plumbers, framers, and more—to network directly with the construction manager partners for our active Phase 1 projects. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise, secure more project bids, and expand your professional connections in our vibrant community. You will also have the opportunity to get an inside look into our specific projects across the neighborhood, and find the right opportunity to help us rebuild our Downtown.
